• Anoka-Hennepin Schools and Anoka-Hennepin Community Education, the managing Metro North Adult Basic Education (ABE) consortium partner, are together closely monitoring the respiratory illness novel coronavirus or COVID-19 and have a coordinated management planning effort to guide action steps in this situation. The district and community education programs will continue to follow the expert guidance from the United States Centers for Disease Control, the Minnesota Department of Health, and county public health agencies.   • Any adult interested in starting classes with Metro North ABE should fill out our online interest form. As soon as we can, we will contact you with the next steps to improve basic reading, writing and math skills, earn a high school diploma or GED, or build job skills. We have the right classes for you and are excited to have you start!
