Blaine Learning Lab

The Blaine Learning Lab site is located in the Human Service Center of Anoka County on the third floor.  If you are interested in becoming an ABE or ESL student, please fill out the class interest form to begin the enrollment process.  All classes require in-person assessment testing before starting.

ABE classes

GED, Minnesota Standard Adult Diploma, brush up on reading, writing, math, college/Accuplacer preparation

Please note, that construction will re-route traffic to our school.

As part of the City of Blaine 2025 Southwest Area Street Reconstruction project, 89^th Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Jefferson Street and Lincoln Street beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025. This closure is anticipated to last nine weeks until Monday, May 19th. Please reference the attached detour map during this road closure, as traffic will not be able to drive through the work zone.

The 89th Avenue between Jefferson Street and the west entrance of our school will be closed (red on the map). 89^th Avenue between Lincoln Street and Central Avenue will be open to traffic for access to the school. All visitors will approach the building through the eastern entrance to the parking lot.
