"Flowers are one beauty of Mother Nature that we can be thankful for having."

Planting is one good way of relieving stress. However, from my personal experience, stress can take a lot out of you. Stress can be caused from balancing life like work, school, family,  and health, and it's not easy to do so. Maybe some of you can relate to me. One thing that I personally decided to do was plant. I started with a simple grass seed in my backyard. When I saw the accomplishment, my goal was updating my yard.

I started with planting flowers. I never knew I could plant so many different kinds of flowers. Flowers are one beauty of Mother Nature that we can be thankful for having. One example is when someone gives you flowers. You feel good, you can even get a smile out of yourself, and you don't think about it relieving stress. Another example is that you can talk to your flowers. A little science fact: When you breathe out carbon dioxide, flowers like that because it helps them grow. and it also works both ways. We help the plants grow and we can relieve our stress by talking to the plants. Even though they don't give us advice, they help us relieve stress.

One last experience I have is when I eat the veggies that I grow, it helps me have a well-balanced diet, and it doesn't have all the chemicals that other farms or companies use. Those are other great reasons for planting and growing your plants.
