Program Update 3/27/20

(3/27/20) Following the current executive order from the state of Minnesota to stay at home, Metro North Adult Basic Education (ABE) has made the following change in services until May 5, 2020, to assure the health and safety of students, teachers, staff, and volunteers. As information regarding the COVID-19 situation changes often, we will continue to update our announcements and programming to best serve our community.

  • All sites will be closed to the public, there will be no in-person classes, intake, assessment testing, or GED testing until May 5.
  • Current students will continue classes with licensed teachers through mail, phone or online.
  • Any adult interested in starting classes with Metro North ABE should fill out our online interest form

Regardless of these changes, we will continue to provide high-quality programming for adult students in the north metro. Our teachers are prepared to support students in reaching their educational goals and assuring that everyone who wishes, will have the educational opportunity they need to reach their full potential.

If you are a current student and have not heard from someone at Metro North ABE regarding how to continue learning during this time, please email or call 763-433-4200 to update your contact information.
